How order information is used
This order portal collects only the information needed to receive, verify, fulfil, and keep an operational record of HemoTypeSC orders.
Information we collect
Facility name and type, contact name, email, phone and WhatsApp number where provided, location and delivery address, product quantity, purchase references, notes, and technical security information used to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use the information to process the order, contact the facility, arrange fulfilment, maintain order history, recognise repeat laboratories, prevent misuse, and meet applicable business or legal record-keeping duties.
Who can access it
Authorised AfricanBio Medtests personnel and service providers involved in hosting, email, WhatsApp notification, delivery, security, or operational support may process the information only as required for those purposes.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, accounting, support, security, and legal needs. To request access, correction, or another applicable privacy action, contact AfricanBio Medtests through the official contact channel supplied by the company.
This portal does not create a customer account or public-facing laboratory profile.
